Trains Boats and Planes w/ Bonus Tracks CD

Can anyone confirm for me that TB&P did in fact get released on CD with 5 bonus tracks in 2012 - on the Stargazer label - or did it wind up only getting a digital release(?). I'm pretty good at tracking CD's down on online but have been searching now and then for a couple of years without any success. Also, I'm willing to pay a very fair price for one if anyone has one to sell. Thanks in advance for any replies.
